Is the flour you use “certified organic”?
Yes, we only use certified organic flour. Certification is either with BFA (Biological Farmers Association) or NASAA (National Association for Sustainable Agriculture Australia.

Does Ancient Grains products contain soy, eggs or dairy?
No – all our products do not contain soy, egg or dairy.

How should I store Ancient Grains products?
For short term storage, we recommend storing your bread in a cool and dry place, for example, a bread bin.To extend the life of your bread for up to 2 weeks, seal and place in the refrigerator.

Does Ancient Grains bread freeze well?
Yes, all our breads are suitable for freezing for up to 3 months.

Are Ancient Grains bread “gluten free”?
No. Ancient Grains breads contain naturally occurring gluten. However, in the case of spelt and kamut, this gluten is easily digested and therefore may be appropriate for consumption by people with wheat allergies. We have also added gluten to only two breads out of our entire range – the 100% millet bread and rice bread.
